When I’m feeling tired it shows immediately on my face resulting in dull, dehydrated or puffy skin. In today’s post I put together products that leave me looking healthier when I’m feeling lack luster.
Whether it’s been a brutal few days at work or a late night with friends there are those mornings when I need a little extra freshening up. On days like these I try to work from the inside out. Hot water with lemon and a fresh green juice is the perfect start. Next step is a refreshing shower with a skincare routine to get me back to my A game.
Perricone MD Refreshing Shower Mask. This is a great first step in waking up your face. After cleansing (before you shower) apply a generous amount of this to damp skin and then hop in the shower. The steam activates the mask and you will soon feel the cool feeling it gives the skin. Simply rinse with warm water just before you get out. This will leave your skin refreshed and alive! The Ordinary Caffeine Solution 5% is one of my most exciting grooming discoveries this year. Some mornings I wake up with puffy eyes that take ages to go down. This bad boy delivers the strongest hit of caffeine you can find in skincare. Caffeine destroys puffiness and helps reduce dark circles brought on by lack of sleep.
Hylamide Hydra Density Mist soothes and calms the skin with lightweight hydration. This can be spritzed directly onto freshly washed skin. I prefer a couple of pumps into my hands which I gently pat onto the skin.
Dr Levy Intense Stem Cell Eye Booster Concentrate. This moisturises the delicate under eye area whilst stem cells work to reduce fine lines.
Clinique For Men Maximun Hydrator Activated Water Gel Concentrate. This lightweight, gel moisturiser packs a punch. One pump is enough to moisurise my face. It’s main ingredient is hyaluronic acid which is a drink of water for the skin.
