A TIMELESS EVERYDAY LOOK

It starts with the staples…

There are certain things that never go out of style, denim and leather being two of them. For today’s post I’m wearing an outfit that combines timeless, classic pieces for an everyday, casual look.

I’m wearing glasses from Willems Eyewear & boots from G.H. Bass & Co x Cape Heights.

Nothing beats a decent leather jacket…

I’ve had this brown leather jacket for a while now and it’s stood the test of time. I also have one in black and one in grey which I wear on rotation to keep things interesting. It’s worth shopping for items like this in the January sale. This way you can find something from a brand that’s might normally be out of your price range.

Denim is always a good idea…

I have a couple of denim jacket’s in different shades of blue and I always feel like ‘me’ when I wear one. For this look I wore it under the leather jacket as an extra layer that looks interesting. I like the jeans because they work for my body type. Skinny jeans tend to be too tight for my thighs and I like a slim fit at the ankle which makes is difficult to find the right style. This cut works perfectly with the drop waist and tapered leg.

There I go again with the brown boots…

I know, I know I’ve been harping on about the importance of brown boots since this recent post. They look good, we know it, let’s say no more ; )

My favourite places to buy denim on the high street…

I find TOPMAN generally has good quality pieces and River Island has become a new favourite. Oh and Urban Outfitters is also really good.

A few typos there, but aside from that, an informative fashion blog. Refreshing to read about men’s fashion for a change 🙂
