Minimal menswear = maximum style…
I put together this minimal style outfit using a few key wardrobe essentials. The tailored trousers have a wide leg that tapers at the ankle. The simple green jacket is buttoned up to allow those lines clean. I finished the look off with black sunnies, simple white sneakers and gloves. I think this looks relatively lightweight for a snowy winter day. It was freezing! But thanks to some nifty layering I remained nice and warm. It’s nice to go about my day toasty and easy going without always having to bulk out with a heavy coat. View Post
Hello winter wardrobe…
The best thing about winter has to be the clothes. After Christmas, roast dinners and playing in the snow. With the weather getting colder now is the time to shop for new things.
For the last few months I’ve been on a quest to find a specific style of denim jeans. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money so they had to be available on the high street and meet all of my style requirements. Not the easiest of tasks considering the budget and specifics, lucky for me, I like a challenge. View Post
Over the years I make occasional investment purchases – for my wardrobe. Investment pieces should always be well crafted and timeless so you can wear them time and time again. Last year a wrote about my love for camel tones, especially during the Winter. Ever since I’ve wanted the perfect camel cashmere sweater, something really special. View Post
It’s been so much fun bouncing around London seeing so many different things. The other day I was heading through Kings Cross on my way to visit friends and I’m blown away by how much this place has changed. This used to be a no-go area but in the last decade it’s been transformed with cool bars and restaurants. If you are in this area of London then Caravan is fun for food and drinks in the evening. Otherwise you could check out Granger & Co for breakfast or lunch. I also heard of a place called Dishoom that is supposed to be really good for Indian food but I haven’t had a chance to check it out myself yet.
