It’s Monday people! I like to start the week right and today I’m making a smoothie combining my favourite fruits with a teaspoon of Fountain The Super Green Molecule. I mentioned this brand in a previous post and I’m excited to be trying the green version which contains mulberry, chlorophyll and kelp. I’m a huge fashion of fresh green juices so a daily spoonful of the green molecule is right up my street.
Have a great week!
I would like to let you all know that I’m a skincare junkie, this addiction is up there with the fashion obsession. Way back, whilst working in Harvey Nichols I discovered the cosmeceuticals brand MD Perricone. Created by renowned US dermatologist Dr. Nicholas Perricone the range was created to help repair damaged skin. Thankfully my closest friend happens to be a facialist and she literally forced me to start looking after my skin. As a range MD Perricone is pretty chic and I’m currently using two products from the extensive range, the Citrus Face Wash & Cold Plasma Eye. The face wash is great during the summer months as it thoroughly cleanses my face without making my skin dry, it leaves me looking brighter and fresher – I’m happy! The eye cream is super! I don’t know what happens to me during the night but I sometimes wake up looking like an alien and luckily the Cold Plasma takes care of this. You can find the range at Niche-Men.
This weekend will be focused on good clothes, nice art and great skin. I plan to take advantage of my down time by reading books that inspire me. A while back I was given a nice book that displays an incredible collection of art which includes pieces by Gerhard Richter, Cy Twombly and Yves Klein who are amongst my favourite artists. I just received some great pieces from Only & Son’s and I couldn’t be happier with the selection, great denim and cool t-shirts. Lisa Eldridge got me onto the skincare brand Paula’s Choice and I plan to test drive some products from the PC4 men’s range which I will feature in more detail very soon.
Have a great weekend!
The summer is drawing to an end, I can tell because the first few leaves are starting to fall. It’s still pretty hot and I’m making the most of it. Today I’m wearing a simple back t-shirt with rolled up jeans and sandals. I mean, what did we do before we started rolling up the hems of our jeans or chino’s, it seems strange not to now.
My friends at Niche-Men enlightened me on the wondrous elixir that is FOUNTAIN Food Supplements. In a nut shell this is a range of beauty supplements aimed at improving the quality and appearance of our skin. There are ten varieties offering numerous benefits from anti-ageing to elevated happiness or better hair. I’m currently giving the Energy Molecule a whirl which contains Creatine, Vitamin B12 & Hyaluronic Acid. First of all I’m a fan of anything containing Hyaluronic Acid so I was instantly sold on the concept of taking this skin boosting molecule orally. Hyaluronic Acid is a natural structural component of the skin and is known for it’s ability to retain moisture. I can never have enough energy and I appreciate the extra boost. For the last week I have been taking a teaspoon daily, either on it’s own or mixed with a juice or smoothie. The team at Deciem were kind enough to send me a bottle of the Green Molecule which I will feature in more detail later on. You can discover Fountain for yourself at Niche-Men.
