I received so much positive feedback from my recent post on confidence, how blogging is shaping me as a person. The inspiration to write that post suddenly came to me and I quickly wrote down everything I was feeling at that moment. In this sometimes materialistic world it’s nice to throw a bit of heartfelt realness amongst the perfectly staged ‘real lives’ we often put out. Thank you to everyone who took the time to leave a comment, it warms my heart : )
Today I thought it would be fun to share some things I have learned along the way so far. View Post
Once again I prepared an impromptu dish and just as I’m about to tuck in I decide I should share it on the blog. Therefore this post isn’t picture heavy nor is it beautifully styled. But, it’s a real moment from my daily life which hopefully you will agree is far better! This cheeky cous cous salad is as a healthy vegetarian lunch option or a lightweight dinner that’s perfect during the summer months. Cous cous provides a good source of lean vegetarian protein, the grains swell up making this nice and filling and a good source of fiber. I added lot’s of complimenting flavours to make sure it’s satisfying and tasty. View Post
I find the combination of a white t-shirt and blue denim very satisfying. It’s like olive oil and balsamic vinegar, simple yet bloody good. View Post
I thought it would be fun to show you three different face cleansers I have on the go. You may be thinking – why does he need three cleansers to wash his face – but they each work very differently. Let me tell you more.
In the last 18 months I have been blogging regularly and during that time I have learned so much about myself. Writing this is in itself making me feel uncomfortable as I’m opening up a little more. But at the same time I feel happy that I’m continuing to break down those internal walls and share what’s really going on inside. View Post
